CBH were set up as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) by Colchester Borough Council to manage its housing.

Overview:

CBH operate from multiple locations and as the contract goes out to Tender everything from equipment facilities, reliability and cost are of paramount importance. CBH undertake a rigorous tender process which involves solutions being offered by local and national suppliers together with equipment manufacturers direct. DMC were selected in 2007 and are still sourcing solutions today.

Why DMC?:
